    "जय गाडगे बाबा ....., श्री संत गाडगे बाबा यांनी स्वत: श्री गाडगे महाराज मिशनची स्थापना केली. या अंतर्गत अनेक ठिकाणी सामाजिक सेवा कार्य सुरु आहे. जनसेवा व सामाजिक कल्याण या हेतूने प्रेरित होऊन गाडगे बाबांनंतर देखील त्यांचे कार्य व विस्तार होत आहे. यात अनेक समाजसेवी लोकांचा व पूज्य बाबांच्या अनुयायांचा फार मोठा वाटा आहे. या सेवा कार्याची दिवसेंदिवस प्रगती व उद्धार होवो, सामाजिक कल्याणासाठी मिशनचा विस्तार वाढत जाओ हीच ईश्वरचरणी प्रार्थना ......!!!"

My personal views:

Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar wrote the constitution of India and it was adopted by the government on 26th November 1949 wherein he made the provision of reservation in  education and employment to  the backward communities with an aim to establish the social justice in the society.However,it was seemed to  be rather difficult to get filled those vacancies of higher education and employment reserved for the backward communities due to non - availability of the suitable qualified candidates in the initial period after the independence.This is because the backward communities were not in a position to afford the higher education available in the urban areas. Saint Gadage Baba opened the Gadage mission during very crucial time and provided the education and accomodation . As a result the backward communities fulfilled the requirements of education and got the employment. Hence though  Dr. Ambedkar made the provision of reservation for the backward communities in the constitution of India, Gadage Baba accomplished it in the practical sense by opening the Gadge Maharaj Mission at Mumbai in 1952.
